It was incorporated in May 2018 with registration No. PVT-6LUZMGB under the Companies Act. 2015 of the Republic of Kenya. The company is duly registered Tax payer with PIN No. P051709601H.

The company was founded by two shareholders with a vast experience in technical services of industrial and commercial laundry and kitchen equipment, marketing, finance and project management. The business owes its success from the management of highly dedicated business founders and a team of experienced, professional and motivated staff.
